Glenn is Senior Consultant at Hinds Blunden and has over 9 years’ experience in providing advice on construction and project issues, programming, claim preparation, forensic delay analysis and dispute avoidance and resolution.
Glenn joined Hinds Blunden in 2012, and as a construction planner he has extensive experience in the preparation and review of programs from tender through to construction. Glenn has had a variety of site based planning roles and his project experience ranges from small developments though to high value infrastructure projects, across a number of sectors and countries. Glenn has advised clients in the areas of contract management, project costs and the preparation and assessment of claims.
Glenn has experience in undertaking forensic delay and disruption analyses and the preparation of independent expert evidence on delay, disruption and costs on numerous projects.
Glenn’s industry experience extends across a wide range of projects including:
- Major infrastructure project; port facilities, roads, tunnels and power stations
- Mining and gas projects; pipelines, rail and processing facilities
- Commercial and residential high rise developments
