Chad is a qualified and motivated Civil Engineer with 25 years’ experience in civil and process infrastructure, and project management. He is a confident communicator with clients and colleagues, who also offers proven skills in contract administration and systems.

Chad has undertaken a Masters of Construction Law with content including payment, cost and time claims, contract analysis and drafting, international construction law and dispute resolution.

Through his time with various major contractors Chad has gained a deeper understanding of the roles, relationships and obligations of parties to contracts, risk allocation and management, negotiation, and a knowledge of the various legislation relevant to the construction industry in Australia.

Chad has extensive experience in project management, contract administration, tender submission and review, preparing and defending claims, BCISoP adjudications; delay claims, extension of time analysis.
